Presley Gerber, the son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber and the older brother of model and actress Kaia Gerber, has died at the age of 27.

According to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner records obtained by PEOPLE, Presley died on Sunday, Sept. 20, at a rehab facility. An autopsy has not yet been completed.

His family has asked for privacy as they mourn the loss.

Cindy Crawford And Rande Gerber’s Only Son

Born in Beverly Hills, Calif., in 1999, Presley was the only son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. He grew up alongside his younger sister, Kaia, who would also go on to build a career in fashion and entertainment.
