PIERS Morgan has revealed a surprising message from Jeremy Clarkson after his secret cancer operation – as he wishes him ‘all the best’.
Piers, 61, and Jeremy, 66, had an infamous decade-long feud before making amends and are now on friendly terms.
Following Jeremy’s announcement that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer in the final two episodes of series five of Clarkson’s Farm, Piers shared a post of them together on Instagram.
He captioned the snap of them side by side in smart suits: “I was surprised when Jeremy Clarkson texted me on Boxing Day, a few days after this pic was taken, to say how much he liked my @paddypowerofficial ad urging men to get tested for prostate cancer. Now I understand.
“I wish my old sparring partner all the best with his treatment. Guys, have a PSA test, it may save your life.“
Piers was referring to a cheeky ad campaign he filmed in December 2025 for Paddy Power where he encouraged men to have a simple PSA blood test to check for early signs of Prostate Cancer.
Piers said at the time: “said: “Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK, and around 10,000 men die every year from the cancer because of a late diagnosis.
“I hope that by seeing this ad, men up and down the country will realise that not all pricks are unbearable and book themselves an appointment with their GP for a painless, 30 second blood test before it’s too late.”
Jeremy can be seen grappling with the “aggressive” prostate cancer diagnosis in the last two episodes – which were released today on Prime Video, and filmed between Sept 2024 and October 2025.
Ahead of them airing, the TV legend warned fans the show would be “a difficult watch” as he begins his battle against the cruel disease.
The Who Wants to Be a Millionaire presenter was sat down talking to Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland when he first revealed the news.
As he discusses harvesting the farm, Jeremy breaks off and leans back into his seat before saying: “I’ve got cancer.”
A shocked Kaleb replies: “No, you haven’t. Where?”
Jeremy adds: “Where it is is of no concern of anybody. I’ve known since May.
“I had a medical, you remember back in May. I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early so the treatment will be, you know.
“I was praying we could get the harvest done and then I could go and get some treatment but it’s going to be slap bang in the middle.”
Kaleb wipes away tears and says: “Look after yourself, you go and do…if you need anything just ring.”
Jeremy had the operation in August 2025, before bravely attending the National Television Awards a month later after the show won a gong.
But just weeks later – in early October 2025 – he was back in hospital again and told the cameras “Some of the treatment has gone awry, lets say.”
After fans watched the episodes and read about Jeremy’s diagnosis, they flooded the Instagram video he shared on Tuesday night with messages of support.
Jeremy, who’s also a columnist on The Sun, has given few hints about the cancer up to now.
In an interview with The Sun last November he cryptically remarked: “It’s been shocking these last 12 months – on every front.”
But he didn’t elaborate further.
