DeBose is an accomplished singer, dancer, and actress with experience across Broadway, film, and television. One of her most recognized roles was Anita in Steven Spielberg’s 2021 film adaptation of West Side Story, a performance that earned her an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award.

She also received a Tony Award nomination for Summer: The Donna Summer Musical and performed in the original Broadway ensemble of Hamilton from 2015 to 2016.

Younger viewers may also recognize her voice as Asha, the lead character in Disney’s 2023 animated film Wish. With experience across several styles of performance, DeBose will have plenty of advice to share with Team Kelly as the competition gets tougher.

Team Adam: Alex Warren

Adam Levine has chosen Alex Warren to guide his artists through the Battle Rounds.

Warren rose to global fame with his hit song Ordinary, released as a single in 2025. The track topped charts in several countries, including the United States, Canada, Ireland, Denmark, and Portugal, helping establish him as one of pop music’s biggest rising names.

The song also connected with country music fans when Luke Combs joined Warren to perform it at Lollapalooza in 2025. The pair later released an official live recording of their collaboration.

Warren received a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 2026, although Olivia Dean ultimately won the award. Now, he will bring his own experience as a modern hitmaker to Team Adam, helping contestants find their style and make the most of their performances.

Team Queen: Patti LaBelle

The Voice' Preview: Patti LaBelle Is Queen Latifah's Battle Round Advisor (Exclusive)

Queen Latifah has brought in a music legend to advise her team. Patti LaBelle, widely known as the Godmother of Soul, will work with Team Queen during rehearsals.

LaBelle has been performing since the 1960s and is known for classics such as Lady Marmalade, On My Own, If You Only Knew, and Stir It Up. Her long career also includes acting roles in films and television shows, including A Soldier’s Story and A Different World.

Reality TV fans may remember her competing on Season 20 of Dancing With the Stars, where she partnered with professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev.

Longtime The Voice viewers may recognize LaBelle from the show itself. She previously served as a battle advisor for Christina Aguilera during Season 10, making her return a familiar moment for fans who have followed the competition for years.

With decades of experience in music and live performance, LaBelle will be able to offer Queen Latifah’s artists advice as they prepare to face their teammates on stage.

Team Riley: Carly Pearce

Riley Green has selected fellow country star Carly Pearce to help his artists prepare for the Battles. Given the country-heavy lineup on his team, Pearce looks like a natural fit.

The CMA, ACM, and Grammy Award-winning singer has built a successful career with songs including Every Little Thing, What He Didn’t Do, I Hope You’re Happy Now, We Don’t Fight Anymore, and Never Wanted to Be That Girl. She has also been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2021.

Pearce and Green already share a musical connection. The two country artists recently collaborated on If You Don’t Leave I’m Gonna Stay, making their partnership on The Voice a timely one.

She is also familiar with the competition. Pearce has appeared as a guest performer and previously served as a playoff advisor for Michael Bublé’s team during Season 26.

Viewers got an early look at her work with Team Riley during the October 6 episode, when the season’s first Battle performance aired. Pearce helped Green prepare Brandy Neelly and duo Ferryn and Brinkley Wright before they faced off.

The performance marked the beginning of the difficult decisions Green will have to make as he narrows down his team.

With Ariana DeBose, Alex Warren, Patti LaBelle, and Carly Pearce joining the four coaches, Season 30’s Battle Rounds will bring together a wide range of musical backgrounds and performance experience. The next stage begins Monday, October 12, when the artists must prove they have what it takes to move forward.
