Scotty McCreery and Gabi McCreery Melt Fans’ Hearts With a New Update on Baby Ollie as the Country Star Celebrates a Major Career Year
Scotty McCreery and his wife, Gabi McCreery, are celebrating a special family milestone as their youngest son, Oliver “Ollie” Cooke McCreery, turns one. Gabi recently shared adorable photos from his birthday party, giving fans a sweet look at the family’s celebration.
The couple welcomed Ollie on September 18, 2025, and announced his arrival with a heartfelt message. “Can’t imagine life without him, we love him so berry much!!” they wrote at the time.
Scotty and Gabi, who married on June 16, 2018, in their home state of North Carolina, are also parents to their older son, Merrick “Avery” McCreery, born on October 24, 2022.
On October 8, Gabi posted a collection of photos from Ollie’s birthday party, which took place the previous month. The celebration featured a charming theme inspired by the beloved children’s book If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, with matching decorations and a birthday cake.

One particularly sweet photo shows Ollie after digging into his cake, making a funny expression as he looks toward his big brother, Avery. The pictures capture the family enjoying the special day together, with Scotty and Gabi sharing in the excitement alongside their two boys.
Gabi also included throwback photos of Ollie as a baby, along with more recent snapshots that showed how much he has grown over his first year.
“Celebrated our sweet Ollie last month,” she wrote. “One whole year with the sweetest gift, thanking God for the joy he’s brought into our lives!”
While Scotty spends much of his time performing for country music fans, moments like these offer a glimpse into his life away from the stage. The singer and Gabi have shared several milestones with their growing family, and Ollie’s first birthday gave them another reason to celebrate.
The family celebration comes during an important year for Scotty’s music career, too. In July, he released 15, a retrospective album marking 15 years since he won Season 10 of American Idol in 2011.
The album features some of his best-known songs, including This Is It and Five More Minutes, along with the new track Been a Good Run. It also includes covers of Conway Twitty’s Hello Darlin’ and Kris Kristofferson’s Why Me, Lord, as well as a new version of Josh Turner’s Your Man featuring Turner himself.
With a milestone birthday for his youngest son and a year celebrating his musical journey, Scotty has plenty of special moments to look back on in 2026.
