Streaming giant Netflix has just dropped an emotional trailer for Heartstopper Forever and fans are already in tears.
Heartstopper fans have been left feeling emotional over the heartbreaking first look at the new film, which suggests Nick and Charlie are set to hit rocky waters.
After a lengthy wait for fans, the trailer is finally here following Nick and Charlie in their final film. Heartstopper Forever follows on from previous successful seasons and is set to conclude the love story of Nick and Charlie as they face their biggest challenge yet and the reality of whether love can truly last forever.

The fan favourites are inseparable, but with Nick heading to university and Charlie finding a new independence at school, can they do long distance?
The explosive trailer starts on a positive note as the two are deeply in love. However, the mood soon shifts as the two have conversations about being apart as viewers hear the heartbreaking words: “I need you to be okay without me.”
An official synopsis reads: “Nick and Charlie are inseparable, but with Nick preparing to leave for university and Charlie finding new independence at school, the reality of a long-distance relationship begins to weigh on them.
“Doubts take hold, and their relationship faces its biggest challenge yet. Meanwhile, their friends are also navigating the ups and downs of love and friendship, confronting the bittersweet challenges of growing up and moving on. Can first loves really last forever?”
Premiering on Netflix on July 17, viewers have already been in tears after the emotional watch which saw the fan favourites struggling with their long distance relationship.
One person wrote: “NICK AND CHARLIE FIGHTING? OH WE ARE NOT READY FOR THISS.” They later added in another comment: “SOBBING CRYING THROWING UP.”
Another said: “I felt a thousand emotions from a single trailer. It’s so beautiful.”

Viewers were also emotional hearing, for the first time, the track entitled ‘Stupid Song’, Olivia Rodrigo’s brand-new album ‘You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love’.
One fan replied on Instagram: “omg i’m sick olivia rodrigo and heartstopper u guys don’t understand how important this is to me.”
