My Life with the Walter Boys season three has finally revealed George Walter’s fate.
Almost a year ago, Netflix fans were left desperate to find out what happens next after My Life with the Walter Boys’ second series concluded with an almighty finale.
Jackie Howard (played by Nikki Rodriguez) had reunited with her first Silver Falls romance Alex Walter (Ashby Gentry) but feelings clearly still lingered for his older brother Cole (Noah LaLonde).
This burning desire eventually resurfaced in the final scene where Jackie and Cole confessed their love for one another but much to their horror, Alex heard everything.

But before he could react, Will Walter (Johnny Link) suddenly arrived with ambulances following closely behind, with him simply stating: “It’s dad.”
Does the dad in My Life with the Walter Boys die?
In the build-up to the season two cliffhanger, George Walter (played by Marc Blucas) had been working in the ranch’s top field. He had been dealing with a lot of stress thanks to conflicts over land development and it was Will who found him collapsed before alerting the rest of the family.
The opening moments of My Life with the Walter Boys season three shows George being rushed into hospital with a doctor telling the family that it was a suspected stroke.
A montage shows the family trying to cope with the aftermath and George still lying in a hospital bed unconscious and Katherine Walter (Sarah Rafferty) by his side.
Thankfully, George Walter doesn’t die in season three as he’s next seen sitting up in hospital as Cole helps his father have a drink of water.
Sharing what fans can expect from season three going forward, showrunner Melanie Halsall said: “Jackie is desperately trying to bring the family together.
“There’s a part of her that feels like she’s responsible for what happened to George because she feels that she just messed everything up in those last few moments of season two.”
Halsall goes on to tease that series three kicks off with an “emotional” first episode and that “a lot of this season, more than other seasons, is about growing up, maturing, and stepping up.”
Alex Walter star Ashby Gentry also commented to Tudum: “Everyone’s reality has shattered a little bit, and they’re picking up the pieces of that and trying to put it back together again.”
My Life with the Walter Boys is available to watch on Netflix.
