The Duchess previously disclosed that both children attend separate educational institutions near their Montecito residence, reflecting their two-year age difference following Archie’s birth in 2019 and Lilibet’s arrival in 2021. However, recent reports suggest the couple do not share a unified perspective on their children’s long-term schooling, with Meghan steadfast on maintaining their studies in her native country.
According to insider reports published by Closer, Prince Harry remains open to British schooling options to ensure his children foster enduring ties with his side of the family. Sources indicate he leans toward co-educational institutions and has investigated potential day-pupil arrangements in the UK.

This aligns with comments made during a 2022 interview with The Cut, where Meghan expressed strong reluctance toward enrolling Archie and Lilibet in British institutions. She highlighted concerns regarding intense media scrutiny, stating that accompanying her child to school amidst widespread photo opportunities clashed with her parental instinct to safeguard her family’s privacy.
