Actress Drew Barrymore and singer Kelly Clarkson will battle it out for Outstanding Daytime Talk Series alongside The View, Live With Kelly And Mark, Today with Jenna And Friends and 3rd Hour Of Today.

Meghan’s nomination arrived just days after Sir Gary Oldman and his co-star, Scottish actor Jack Lowden, secured Primetime Emmy nods for their performances in Apple TV’s spy thriller Slow Horses.

The duke and duchess initially signed a deal reportedly worth more than 100 million US dollars (£74 million) with Netflix following their departure as senior working royals in 2020. As Ever confirmed it had terminated its partnership with Netflix in March, with a spokesperson stating the brand was “now ready to stand on its own”.

With Love, Meghan’s second series was the 1,124th most-watched programme between July and December 2025, attracting two million views, according to figures published by Netflix.

The couple secured a new first-look agreement with Netflix last year, granting the streaming platform first option on projects by the Sussexes’ Archewell Productions.

In May, it was revealed the production company would create a war film for the streaming service based on an Afghanistan memoir.

American outlet Deadline reported the film will chronicle the story of Easy Company, a unit of Paras and Royal Irish rangers assigned to hold a district in Helmand Province in July 2006, who came under assault from the Taliban.

The film, titled No Way Out: The Searing True Story Of Men Under Siege, is based on the memoir by Major Adam Jowett, who commanded the unit.
