ITV’s The 1% Club returned to screens on Saturday night (November 1), with 100 new contestants eager to win the jackpot of up to £100,000. The mega cash prize can only be won if a clever member of the public answers ten brain teasers correctly.
Each question gets progressively harder and culminates with the final question that only 1% of the public should be able to get right. This week’s 1% question stumped the three final contestants, but would you get it right?
The gameshow first aired in 2022, with Southport’s Lee Mack as host. Each week, viewers eagerly play along at home, it recently took home Best Quiz Show at the National Television Awards.
Aside from the challenging questions, Lee Mack’s hilarious interactions with the contestants keeps viewers coming back every time. One X user wrote: “#The1PercentClub where do they get some of these contestants from. Every time this is on there’s some right oddballs but it does make good viewing.”
