It was found that the Saudi royal had suffered a cardiac arrest after consuming a cocktail of drugs and alcohol, including party drug GBH.

The young prince had arrived at the hotel on November 19 for a week-long stay, Inner West London Coroner’s Court heard.

It was revealed that his body was found by a cleaner who had entered his fifth-floor room.

Paramedics raced to the luxury hotel but, despite their best efforts, he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

A source told Taroudant Press that Prince Abdullah was a “quiet and well-liked figure within the royal family and was “known for his discreet philanthropic contributions to societal projects”.

They added his passing came “when the Al Saud family is undergoing a period of internal renewal, with a focus on domestic stability and economic development”.

The Saudi Royal Court later issued an official statement on December 2 officially announcing Prince Abdullah death.

It read: “Prince Abdullah bin Fahd bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid bin Jalawi Al Saud has passed away to the mercy of Almighty God, outside the Kingdom.”
