Kelly Clarkson’s Kids Make Rare Appearance at Her Las Vegas Residency Finale
Kelly Clarkson’s final night in Las Vegas became even more special when her two children stepped into the spotlight to support their mom.
The superstar singer officially concluded her Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Saturday, August 15, with 10-year-old Remington and 12-year-old River Rose watching from the side of the stage.
The siblings, who are rarely seen in public, were there for the emotional finale and even helped Kelly’s team send souvenirs into the audience.

River Rose and Remington Join the Celebration
During the final moments of the show, Clarkson performed her 2004 hit “Since U Been Gone” as the closing song of the night.
Dressed in a vibrant green sequin jumpsuit, the singer gave the crowd one last energetic performance before the video shifted toward the side of the stage, where her children could be seen standing alongside members of her team.
Remington and River Rose helped toss guitar picks and ping-pong balls into the audience, giving fans a chance to take home a keepsake from Clarkson’s final residency performance.
“Thank you so much for supporting us,” Clarkson told the crowd. “We love you all for coming out. We hope it was some great escapism… Don’t spend all your money in Vegas, okay?”
Kelly Clarkson’s Children Rarely Appear in Public
Clarkson has generally kept her children away from the spotlight, making their appearance at the Las Vegas finale particularly meaningful for fans.
River Rose has previously joined her mother onstage for a duet, while Remington has also had his own musical moment, singing on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Their appearance in Las Vegas also marked one of the first times fans have seen the siblings publicly since their father, Clarkson’s ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, died at age 48 last year.

Following the changes in her family life, Clarkson made the decision to end her daytime talk show so she could devote more time to her family.
“Our family life, the dynamic changed a bit,” Clarkson said in an interview with Carson Daly. “And it has changed for a minute now.”
She went on to explain that stepping away from the show did not mean she was leaving work altogether.
“I know everybody thinks, ‘Oh, she’s quit.’ I’m like, I still have other jobs, so I’m still doing stuff…there’s just too much on the plate. So I was like, you know what? It’s time to kind of pull back.”
Kelly Clarkson Has More Music and TV Ahead
Although her Las Vegas residency and daytime talk show have come to an end, Clarkson is far from stepping away from the entertainment world.
Next month, she is set to return as one of four coaches for Season 30 of The Voice.
She has also recently released “I’d Be Lyin’,” her first new song in more than a year.
For Clarkson, the end of her Vegas run was therefore more than simply another career milestone. With River Rose and Remington standing nearby, the final performance offered fans a rare glimpse of the family behind the superstar — and the people cheering her on when the spotlight finally faded.
