The former I’m A Celebrity Queen of the Jungle appeared on the BBC’s Sort Your Life Out Unpacked podcast.

“I didn’t think I’d be this age without a baby or a family,” she said.

“And It’s just the way the cookie crumbles and how life sometimes like presents you with different things and different opportunities and stuff. And I’ve never really felt ready until now.

“It’s wild but like something just clicks, and the minute you feel ready it’s like you need a baby straight away.

“And all my whole life I felt so content and so happy and so proud of the things I was doing, and now all of a sudden, because I don’t have a baby, I feel a bit lost.”

Vicky is married to her husband Ercan Ramdan, 32, with the pair tying the knot in 2024.

In an emotional confession Vicky admitted she’s trying not to put too much ‘pressure’ on her and her husband.

Brushing away her tears she continued: “I love my husband so much. He’s going to make such a great dad. We’re just trying not to put too much pressure on ourselves.

“We made a decision a couple years ago to freeze our eggs which I’m so happy we did. Gives you that bit of a security blanket.

“Yeah, I look forward to the day where that is a treatment that is available for more women, more affordable, certainly.”

She added: “I know these things take time, but patience has never been one of my virtues.”

Vicky had previously discussed her concerns about how her medical condition, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), could affect her journey into motherhood – and detailed her experiences, including “crippling” anxiety and insomnia, during the weeks preceding her monthly cycle.

Speaking to The Sun, Vicky said: “I am a woman of a certain age who would love to have kids. But my fear is that my condition will make it very difficult to be the mum that I want to be.”

Considering the future, Vicky said: “You want to be this lovely, patient mother, but I do worry what I’ll be like with PMDD – because you’re short-tempered, you’re exhausted.”

Previously proud husband Ercan highlighted how Vicky’s behaviour with the couple’s two Labradors, Milo and Max, indicates she will be an “unbelievable” parent.

Speaking on pod Happy Mum, Happy Baby, he explained: “Unbelievable. I’ve seen the way you are with the dogs, I’ve seen the way you are with me, she’s going to be unbelievable. She’s incredible.”
