The Dogfather’s Strictly Nightmare! Graeme Hall Stumbles Through Zombie Halloween Routine as Brutal Scores Send Him Crashing to the Bottom — and Fans Fear the Worst!

Strictly Fans Fear Graeme Hall Could Be Next To Leave After Halloween Performance Leaves Viewers “Nervous”

BBC viewers have raised serious concerns about Graeme Hall’s place in the Strictly Come Dancing competition after a Halloween performance that failed to convince many fans. Despite throwing himself into the routine, the Channel 5 star found himself at the bottom of the leaderboard, leaving viewers questioning whether his time on the dancefloor could soon be over.

The 11 remaining celebrities returned to the ballroom on Saturday, October 31, hoping to impress judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke.

But it was Graeme, who opened the Halloween special alongside professional partner Lauren Oakley, who quickly became the subject of debate.

A ZOMBIE-THEMED ROUTINE THAT LEFT FANS WORRIED

The pair took on a zombie-inspired routine, performing a Tango to the track Coconut. However, the unusual performance did not go down particularly well with some viewers.

Fans wasted little time taking to X to share their reactions, with several openly questioning Graeme’s chances of surviving another week.

One viewer wrote: “What have they done to this song?! Such a weird dance. Bit worried for Graeme.”

Another wondered whether his footwear had played a part in the performance, asking: “Are Graeme’s shoes hindering him??!!”

Others were equally unconvinced, with one admitting: “Not Graeme’s best; I’m nervous.”

Another viewer was even more critical, declaring: “This has got to be Graeme’s weakest dance in the competition so far, wasn’t really my cup of tea.”

The possibility of a dance-off also became a talking point. One fan suggested: “Surely the Dogfather needs to face a dance-off.”

Meanwhile, another appeared to have already made up their mind, writing: “Sorry Graeme but I don’t think this was your dance #strictly.”

THE JUDGES POINT OUT WHERE THINGS WENT WRONG

The judges acknowledged Graeme’s commitment but were not entirely convinced by the technical execution.

Shirley Ballas commented: “You’re very brave to open the show with a zombie Samba; that’s all I’m going to say, so I’ll give you that. Nice criteria when it comes to mixing the basic steps.”

Craig Revel Horwood was more direct about the areas that needed improvement.

“I would’ve liked to have seen a bit more fluidity in the bounce. The footwork was a little bit sticky at times. It needs finessing,” he said.

However, Craig also made a point of praising Graeme’s determination, adding: “But, I have to say, every time we watch you, you come out here, and you go for it.”

GRAEME FINDS HIMSELF AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LEADERBOARD

The scores made the situation even more difficult for Graeme and Lauren.

Their marks were:

  • Craig Revel Horwood: 6
  • Motsi Mabuse: 7
  • Shirley Ballas: 5
  • Anton Du Beke: 7

That gave the pair a combined total of just 25 points, placing them at the bottom of the leaderboard alongside Tabby Stoecker, according to Wales Online.

At the other end of the competition, Lacey and Vito enjoyed a very different evening. Their Charleston earned an impressive 36 points, putting them firmly at the top of the standings.

WILL GRAEME AND LAUREN SURVIVE THE NEXT ELIMINATION?

With Graeme now trailing the competition, concerns among viewers are understandable. His position at the bottom of the leaderboard could leave him vulnerable, although the judges’ scores are only part of the overall results.

BBC audiences will have to tune in on Sunday evening to discover which couple will be leaving Strictly Come Dancing next.

The results show will also feature a spooky professional dance routine, alongside a musical performance from Becky Hill.

Strictly Come Dancing is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
